The hostel exceeded our expectations with its amazing facilities and friendly staff. The rooms were spacious and spotlessly clean, and the bathroom had the best shower we've experienced in Asia! The location was perfect, within walking distance of the imperial city and surrounded by great places to eat. The owners were incredibly helpful, providing excellent tour recommendations and assisting with any questions we had. The breakfast included delicious banana pancakes, and the laundry service was top-notch. We felt safe and secure with the 24-hour reception and security. We can't wait to come back and stay longer at this fantastic place!

the facilities are top-notch, with spacious dorms, modern and clean bathrooms, and comfortable beds. the owners, who speak English fluently, were incredibly helpful and went out of their way to make me feel at home. the hostel is conveniently located within walking distance of shopping, food, bars, and restaurants, and the area felt safe.

I would definitely recommend Baloo and would love to stay there again. Cons: Nothing I didn't like to be fair.

I stayed at Baloo for 4 nights during my trip to Hue. The location was perfect, within walking distance to all the attractions. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, especially the one with the balcony. The rain shower in the bathroom was a nice touch, and the toiletries provided were a bonus. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, assisting with bus bookings and recommending great local restaurants. a satisfying stay.

I had a fantastic stay at this hostel. the staff at Baloo went above and beyond to make my stay enjoyable. They were incredibly helpful and supportive, even arranging for my cellphone charger to be delivered to me in Hoi An free of charge. I also appreciated that they prioritized our room so we could check in early after our night train from Hue. the room was spacious and clean, with a great shower and a nice balcony. the breakfast was standard but satisfying. I was also impressed with their laundry service, which was both fast and affordable.

Although I didn't have a chance to book any tours this time, I heard great things about the ones they offer. Cons: All was perfect!

During my New Year stay, there were a couple of things that I really appreciated about this hostel. the staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, always ready to assist with any needs or concerns. the location of the hostel was great, being just off the main backpacker strip, making it convenient to explore the area. I enjoyed the fact that the hostel provided free upgrades, allowing me to have a more comfortable stay.

There were a few aspects of my stay that I didn't particularly enjoy. the noise from the busy street was quite bothersome, making it difficult to get a good night's sleep.

This place has comfortable rooms with balconies and reasonably priced mini bars. The location is great, with easy access to the bar/nightlife area and within walking distance to the citadel. The staff is exceptionally friendly and helpful, providing travel advice and making you feel welcomed. They even allowed me to have a shower in the afternoon after checking out, which was a lifesaver before my long train journey.
